How to setup Mastercam postprocessor

Click "Files" node

Click "Edit" button

Click "Edit the control definition"

Select "Machine Cycles/Mill Drill Cycles" and uncheck all drill cycles

G-code generated with disabled drill cycles will now work correctly with CNC USB controller software.
